Under the guidance of Apec Engineer Kinghanlee 李汉光 , a select group of 8-12 senior level, high profile Board of Advisors are personally being approached by Apec Engineer Kinghanlee 李汉光 . The Board of Advisors will be enhanced by the addition of various practitioners who can provide expertise and guidance. The Advisory Board will meet twice a year to help shape the future endeavors of the Foundation.
